1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PMTC Tourism's website (stage.pmtc.pk) and booking our tour packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, the following payment terms apply:

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment must be completed 15 days before the tour departure date
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our offices
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices include applicable taxes as per government regulations

3. Changes or Cancellations by PMTC

PMTC Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, political instability, or government restrictions). In such cases:

• Full refund will be provided for cancelled tours
• Alternative dates or similar packages will be offered
• No compensation for indirect losses (flights, hotels booked separately)

4. User Responsibilities

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and identification information
• Obtain necessary visas and valid passports (minimum 6 months validity)
• Arrive on time for all tour departures and transfers
• Follow tour guide instructions and respect local customs
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies
• Be responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour

5. Health and Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation in tours. PMTC reserves the right to refuse service if a traveler poses a health or safety risk to themselves or others. Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions should consult their physician before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

PMTC Tourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides). We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, accidents, or death during tours
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers
• Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
• Traveler's failure to follow safety instructions

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour package.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is MANDATORY for all travelers. Insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and emergency evacuation. You must provide proof of insurance before tour departure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and tour itineraries are the property of PMTC Tourism. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Photos taken during tours may be used by PMTC for marketing purposes unless you object in writing.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your tour guide immediately so we can resolve the issue. For unresolved issues:

• Submit written complaint within 14 days of tour completion
• Disputes shall be governed by laws of Pakistan
• Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan

10. Amendments to Terms

PMTC Tourism reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
